Binita Pandya

Our office is over at 301 A Tirupati Plaza, which is right by Athwa Gates. If you know the area near the Collector Office, you’ve probably walked past our building a dozen times. It’s a busy part of Surat, and there is always something going on outside. Binita Pandya started working from here because it’s central and easy for people to find, even if the parking around Athwa Gates can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or going through documents. The space isn’t very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We have a few chairs for visitors and a lot of folders that seem to multiply every week. Sometimes the lift in the plaza takes a while, so we end up waiting with the neighbors. It feels like a real community in this building. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just a small operation where we try to keep things organized. Usually, the morning starts with a cup of tea and checking what needs to be finished by evening. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the screen. We’ve been here long enough that the place feels like a second home now.
