Padmavati

We are over at Padmavati, which is located at 5 Ground Floor of the Shetrunjay Tower. You can find us in the Diwali Baug area, specifically within the Swasray Society in Rander. The building is a big one, so we are just one small part of it. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to step in without having to deal with elevators or too many stairs. The shop has a quiet feel to it most mornings. We usually start by tidying up the display cases. They are glass, so they show every fingerprint if we aren't careful. Rander is a nice place to work, and the people in Swasray Society are mostly friendly. We don't have a lot of space for a break room, so we usually just eat our lunch at the back counter behind some boxes. The walls are a plain off-white color and we’ve hung a few calendars up over the years. We don't have a lot of staff, just enough to make sure someone is always there to answer questions. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit in the afternoon, and we just sit by the doorway where the light is better. It’s not a complicated setup. We just keep the inventory stocked and wait for the residents of Shetrunjay Tower or the neighbors to stop by when they need something. It’s a steady way to spend the day.
