We are located at 1 998 A on Sampige Road in the Nanpura area. It’s an old part of town and the streets are narrow, so it feels very traditional. Our workspace is filled with the sounds of the street and the work we do. We’ve been in this building for many years. It has a lot of character, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the daily orders. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, even if we aren't all related. We know everyone’s name and how they take their tea. Sampige Road is always moving, especially in the afternoons. We have a lot of materials stored here, so it gets a bit crowded. You have to watch your step so you don’t trip over a box or a bundle. We don't use much technology besides the basics. We think it’s better to do things by hand where possible. The lighting in the shop isn't great, so we rely a lot on the natural light from the door during the day. It’s a simple life. We start early and stay until the work is finished. We don't have any big goals of expanding or anything, we just want to keep doing what we know. It’s a comfortable place for us and the neighbors often stop by to say hello. We like being part of the Nanpura community.
