Nurture Education

Our place is located at shop 105 in the City Light Shopping Centre. Situated on Citylight Road here in Surat, we are right across from the Indiraprasth Complex. We have been in this specific unit for quite a long time now. While it is a small space, it fits everything we need to get through the day. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of noise, especially when the summer heat is at its worst. People come in and out at various times throughout the day. A new coat of paint would probably do the walls some good, maybe next year. We keep the desks lined up in rows and the chairs are mostly comfortable enough for sitting. This is a working environment, nothing too fancy or polished. Since most of us live nearby, the commute to the office isn't too bad. Lunch usually comes from one of the food stalls just down the street. Being in a busy part of town means there is always traffic noise outside. We don't really notice it much anymore. Every now and then, someone forgets to lock the back cupboard, but we are improving. It is just us here, doing our daily routine. The security guard is a good guy and we know him by name. Life in Surat moves fast and we just try to keep up. In the corner, there is a pile of books we need to sort. Walk past the main entrance and you will find us. We should probably get a better rug for the floor soon.
