Novelty Gift Corner & Chasmaghar

Novelty Gift Corner & Chasmaghar is just a local spot in Kamrej. I’ve been here for years, mostly dealing with glasses and little gifts. People come in when they break their frames or if they need something small for a celebration. Kamrej isn't a huge place so word gets around. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a counter and some display cases. I spend time cleaning the lenses and making sure the novelty items aren't leaning over. Sometimes I wonder why I have so many different types of keychains, but people like them. Chasmaghar means we do a lot with eyes, so I see people of all ages. It gets quiet in the middle of the day when the sun is hot. I usually just sit back and wait for the evening rush. It is a simple life running a shop like this. You talk to neighbors and listen to the local news. There is no big corporate office or anything. Just me and the shelves. I try to keep things organized but sometimes the stock piles up. Kamrej has its own pace. You don't rush things here. If you need a pair of glasses or a quick gift, you just walk in. I don’t use any fancy flyers. People know where the corner is. We have been here long enough that the address doesn't even need much detail besides the town name. I've seen kids grow up and come back for their own glasses. It's just part of life here in this corner. Some days I just watch the clouds or the birds outside while waiting for customers.
