Nilkanth Y Barot

Segva Chhama is where you’ll find us, specifically over at Patel Park 4. It’s a bit of a trek for some people, but we’ve been rooted here for quite some time now. Nilkanth Y Barot is the name on the papers, but around here, people just know us as neighbors. We don't have a big flashy storefront. It’s more of a place where things get handled quietly. The park nearby is a good landmark if you're trying to find the exact spot. It gets dusty in the summer, and the roads aren't always the smoothest, but it’s home for the business. We started out with just a small idea and a bit of space, and it hasn't changed all that much in terms of how we run things. There’s no big management team or anything like that. Just a few of us making sure everything stays on track day by day. We keep our own hours mostly, depending on what needs to be finished. The neighbors in Patel Park are used to seeing us coming and going at odd times. It isn't a high-rise office building with elevators and security guards. It’s just a regular place where work happens. We like the quiet of Segva. It lets us focus on the tasks at hand without too much noise from the main city areas. If you stop by, don't expect a lobby. It's just a functional workspace with some desks and a coffee machine.
