New Keraid Battery

New Keraid Battery is located over on Kamrej Drive In Road. It's a place where we mostly deal with lead-acid batteries and chargers all day. The floor usually has a few marks from moving the heavy units around. It's not a quiet job. We spend a lot of time checking voltages or just carrying stuff to people's cars. The road outside gets pretty loud with all the traffic heading down the drive-in. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with the tools lying around, but we know where everything is. We have been here for a while and the neighborhood knows us as the guys who handle the batteries. It’s mostly manual labor and getting your hands dirty. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us making sure things work. The shop isn't much to look at, just rows of batteries and some testing equipment. People stop by when their car won't start or when they need something for their home backup. We just give them what fits and that’s that. It’s a straightforward business. We open early and stay until the sun goes down. Most of our time is spent out front or in the small space we have for storage. It’s hard work but it keeps us busy. We don't use any fancy systems, just a pen and a notebook mostly. It's just a regular shop doing battery work for the local folks around Kamrej.
