Our place is located at 8/A near Lal Darvaja in the Udhna GIDC area. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by all kinds of manufacturing businesses. It is a very practical environment. Jeruz Energy isn't about looking pretty; it’s about the equipment we handle. We have a lot of heavy components and electrical parts sitting around. The floor is concrete and there are wires and cables in various stages of being sorted. The GIDC is a maze of roads, and it can be hard to find us if you don't know the way toward Lal Darvaja. We have a small office area, but most of the action happens in the back where the actual assembly or storage is. It’s a lot of paperwork too, tracking shipments and orders. The guys wear boots and work clothes because it’s not the kind of place for a suit. We deal with energy-related stuff, which means there is always something technical to figure out. It can be frustrating when a part doesn't fit or a delivery is late, but that is just the industrial life. We have a small break area where we keep a water cooler. In the summers, the heat inside the shed is quite something. We just keep the shutters open to get some air moving. It’s a straightforward operation, focused on the hardware and getting the job done before we go home.
