Napolion D Jari

Napolion D Jari is based in the Bhagal area of Chinchwad. Our workshop is specifically at Mohan Nagar, near Gate 8, at 301 Saghadiawad. We are right on the station road, which means it’s always noisy and crowded outside. We work with Jari threads, which is a traditional business in this part of the country. If you walk into our space, you will see reels of gold and silver thread everywhere. It’s not a fancy office. It’s a place where we actually do the work. The machines hum all day long. We supply these threads to people who make sarees and other fancy clothes. My family has been in this line of work for a long time, so we just kept it going. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the Jari we produce is of decent strength and looks right. The lighting inside is a bit dim, but we know our way around. We take a lot of tea breaks because the work can be a bit repetitive. Sometimes we have a lot of orders and we have to work late into the night to get them ready for the station road transport. It’s a simple life. We don't use any high-tech marketing. People who need Jari know where to find us in Saghadiawad. We just do our bit every day.
