Nandani Caterers & Contractors

Our place, Nandani Caterers & Contractors, is located at M/18 in the Citylight Complex on Citylight Road. It is a pretty well-known building in this part of town. We handle both the food side of things and some of the physical setup for events, which is why we call ourselves contractors too. It means we have a lot of stuff to store. The back room is full of poles, cloths, and cooking gear stacked up to the ceiling. It can be a bit of a mess to be honest, but we know where everything is. Citylight Road is always busy, so we have to be careful when we are loading the trucks so we don't block the other shops in the complex. Most of the staff live nearby, so they just walk in. We start early, usually with tea and a quick talk about what needs to get done for the day. Sometimes we are working on a small lunch for a few people, and other times it is a massive event that takes days of prep work. There is always something that needs fixing, like a broken burner or a torn tablecloth. It is just the way it is with this kind of work. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just work hard and try to get the orders delivered on time without any major problems.
