Our office is at F 15 Agrasen Point on Citylight Road here in Surat. We are right near Agrasen Bhavan, so it’s an easy enough place to find. Moments Event And Entertainment has been based in this building for several years now. It’s just a small office with a couple of desks and a lot of notebooks where we keep track of everything. We don't have a big fancy team or anything. It is just a few of us who like to organize things and make sure people have a good time at their parties. Surat is a city where people really like to celebrate, so we stay pretty busy most of the year. We spend a lot of time on the phone or running around to different venues to make sure everything is ready. It’s not a glamorous job. Often we are the ones stayed behind to help clear up the mess or move furniture around. We don't use any complicated business language because we’re just regular people doing a job we know well. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have multiple events on the same day, but we just take it one step at a time. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Most of our clients come to us because we helped out with their brother’s wedding or a neighbor’s party. It’s a simple business built on being reliable and showing up when we say we will.
