Mascot Event Management

Our spot is up on the fourth floor of Abhinandan Royal on Bhatar Road. If you know Surat, you know how busy it gets around Raj Empire. The office is central enough that we can get to most parts of the city without too much trouble. Mascot Event Management is just a small team of us working out of a couple of rooms. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything like that. Usually, there’s a lot of coffee being drunk and maps spread out on the tables. We handle the logistics and the boring stuff that goes into events. People come by to talk about what they need, and we sit down and figure out if it's possible. There’s always someone coming or going, whether it’s a delivery person or a client stopping in after work. Bhatar Road is always noisy, but once you’re inside the office, it’s a bit quieter. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the local vendors around here pretty well. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated systems. We just use our notebooks and our phones to stay on top of things. Most of our day is spent making sure everything is where it’s supposed to be. It’s a regular job for us, and we try to do it right without making a big fuss or acting important.
