Mangaldeep Mandap Service

Our mandap service is based in Surat, up on the first floor in Appareddy Palya. It is a bit of a climb with all the poles and heavy fabric, but we manage it. We have been doing this for a long time, helping families set up for their big events and local festivals. The storage room is packed from floor to ceiling with different colored cloths, wooden frames, and boxes of decorations. It is never really organized perfectly because as soon as we bring things back from one wedding, we are packing them for the next. We spend a lot of time checking the ropes and making sure the lights still work. My nephews help me out with the heavy lifting most weekends. The office is small and usually has a few samples of fabric draped over the chairs. People come by to talk about their plans and we just write it all down in a big ledger. We don't have a website or anything like that; people mostly find us through word of mouth. Sometimes a client wants a specific color we don't have, so we have to go out and find it. It's a lot of driving around and setting things up in the sun. It is tiring work, but seeing the finished setup when it's all done is okay. We just keep doing what we know and helping people get their parties ready without any fuss.
