Karma Event Management

Karma Event Management is located right on Road Number 2 in the G I D C area off Ring Road. Being in an industrial zone means it can get pretty loud outside with the trucks and all the moving around, but we like the energy of the place. We’ve been at suite 302 for a good bit now. Mostly, we spend our time on the phone or running out to meet vendors. Putting together an event isn't always pretty. It involves a lot of heavy lifting, late nights, and making sure the lights actually turn on when they are supposed to. We aren't those polished planners you see on TV shows. We’re more likely to have coffee stains on our shirts and tape stuck to our shoes by the end of the night. We handle the stuff people don't want to deal with, like finding enough chairs or making sure the sound system doesn't buzz. It’s hard work, and things go wrong sometimes, but we figure it out. The office is basically a storage room full of cables and decorations. We don't have a fancy showroom. We just work from here and get things out to the sites. Ring Road is a good spot because we can get anywhere in the city pretty fast. We’ve worked on all sorts of local gatherings over the years. It’s just what we do every day. Nothing too fancy, just honest work from a small team of real people.
