You can find us at 109-10 in the Babasitaram Industrial Society over in Bamroli. We’re near the Juna Jakat Naka area, which is a place that’s always seeing a lot of movement. At Kargil Cement Product, we spend our time dealing with all sorts of cement-based items. It is a bit of a tight squeeze in the society sometimes with all the other businesses around, but we make it work. Most days involve a lot of heavy lifting and moving bags of material. The air around here usually smells like wet concrete and dust, but you get used to that after the first few hours on the job. We aren't a big corporation with departments and managers for every little thing. It is mostly just a few of us making sure the orders are filled and the quality is okay. We’ve been in Bamroli for a while now, and we know the rhythms of the industrial society. When the trucks arrive in the morning, things get hectic, and then it settles down into a steady pace of production. We don't have a lot of time for sitting around. If you walk into our space, you’ll probably see someone covered in white dust or busy operating the machinery. It’s honest work, and we just keep our heads down and get through the list of things that need doing before the sun goes down. It isn't always easy, but it's what we know.
