We are set up over at Plot No. 240 in the Jolwa area, right by Kadodara. If you know where the Essar Petrol Pump is or where the Garden Silk Mill is located, then you have a good idea of where we are. This place is a busy hub for our cement operations. It’s not a fancy office space; it is a working site where we handle a lot of heavy bags and constant loading every single day. Jk Lakshmi Cement has been in this spot because it makes sense for moving the product around efficiently. The guys working here are mostly local people who understand how things work in this part of the state. It gets very dusty, which is normal when you’re dealing with cement, but we just get on with it. The trucks are constantly pulling in and out near the petrol pump, so there is always some noise and movement happening. We don't really do big speeches or have a lot of meetings. Our day starts pretty early and we just focus on making sure the stock is moving and that the orders are filled correctly for the builders. Being right next to the Garden Silk Mill makes it simple to give people directions. We have been a part of this Jolwa landscape for a while now. It’s hard, physical work, and the weather isn't always helpful, but the crew stays steady and gets the cement out to the sites.
