Jingle Dell For You

We started Jingle Dell For You a while back here in Amrakunj Society. It’s right near Union Park on Dumas Road. We're usually just hanging around the shop most days, making sure everything is in its place. It’s not a huge place, but we have enough room to get things done and talk to whoever walks in. People around Dumas Road know where we are because we've been at house number 63 for a good bit now. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit much, but it’s mostly a quiet spot. We aren't trying to be some big fancy corporation or anything like that. It’s just us here. We handle the daily stuff ourselves, from opening up in the morning to locking the doors at night. If you're walking around near the park, you’ve probably seen our sign. We try to keep the shelves stocked with whatever is needed. It gets dusty sometimes being so close to the main road, but that’s just how it is. We know most of the regulars by their first names. It feels more like a community spot than a business sometimes. We don’t have some big fancy story to tell. We just set up shop here because we liked the area and wanted to be part of the neighborhood. It works for us and we hope it works for the people living around here too. Nothing too complicated about it. We’re just here doing our job every day.
