You can find us over at F 16 Bk Park, which is right on Althan Road near the Bhatar Char Rasta in Surat. This part of Gujarat is always buzzing with activity, and our office is right in the middle of it all. The heat in Surat can be something else, so we keep the fans going all day long while we work through the piles of insurance papers. We are ICICI Prudential Life Insuanrance Co Ltd, but we don't act like some big distant corporation. We are just a few people sitting in a room trying to make sense of all the rules and regulations for the folks who live nearby. The Bk Park area is pretty well known, so people usually find us without too much trouble. Sometimes the traffic at Char Rasta makes it hard to hear ourselves think, but we manage. We have a couple of old wooden desks and some filing cabinets that are packed to the brim. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you walk in, one of us will just look up from our computer and say hello. We spend our mornings drinking spicy chai and going through the mail. It is a very down-to-earth kind of place. We have been here for years, and we have become a familiar sight for the shopkeepers next door. We just do our work, talk to our neighbors, and help people out with their life insurance needs in a very simple way.
