Honest Enterprise

You can find us at number 2, right opposite the Surat Super Stores on Vasna Varachha Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always something happening outside the front door. Being across from a big place like Surat Super Stores means we get a lot of people passing by our entrance. Honest Enterprise is a small operation. We don't have a lot of room, so we have to be smart about how we stack things inside. Most of my day is spent checking the inventory and talking to people who stop in while they are out doing their grocery shopping across the street. The noise from Varachha Road is constant, but you stop hearing it after a while. It’s just a part of being in this section of Vasna. We don't have a website or any of that corporate stuff. We just have the shop and our regulars. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but people still know where we are. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a break on the front step. It’s a very basic way of doing business. We try to keep things simple and just handle whatever comes our way each morning. Working at number 2 is fine for us, it’s a good little spot in a very active part of Surat. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
