Hitesh General Stores

Navsari Bazar is a legendary part of Surat for a reason. There’s always someone selling something and someone buying something. Hitesh General Stores is located on Main Road in the Kailash Nagar area, right in that 395002 zone. Our shop is just a plain, hardworking place. We have stacks of goods everywhere you look, and the counter is usually covered in small change and bags. It isn't a place for window shopping. People come here because they need something specific, and they usually want it fast. We spend a lot of time unloading crates and checking our stock. The heat in Surat can be tough, but we have a couple of fans that keep the air moving inside. We don't use any corporate talk or have any big plans to expand. We are just happy to be here on the Main Road serving the people who live nearby. Sometimes the traffic is so bad it takes forever for our supplies to arrive, but we just make do with what we have on the shelves. It is a noisy, dusty, and busy life, but it feels right. We know the local families and the workers from the other shops. It’s a community where everyone knows everyone else. We just keep our heads down and keep the store running day after day.
