If you find yourself on Ring Road in Fateganj, you might spot our place, Harshad Mango Products. We are situated at S/1109. Most of the time, the air around here smells like fruit, which isn't a bad way to spend a workday. We handle a lot of different things made from mangoes. It’s seasonal work mostly, so some months are much more hectic than others. When the harvest comes in, everything moves very fast and we all have to pitch in to get things sorted. We aren't some massive factory with robots. It’s just us handling the fruit and making sure it gets processed right. The shop on Ring Road is where we keep everything organized. Sometimes the boxes pile up high and we have to shuffle things around to make space for a new delivery. Fateganj is a lively area, so there is always traffic and noise outside our door. We’ve been at this for a while and have learned a lot about what makes a good batch. We don't have any flashy brochures or anything like that. We just focus on the jars and the crates. It’s sticky work sometimes, and your hands get tired by the end of the shift. But when you see the final product ready to go out, it feels like we’ve done an honest day’s labor. That’s just life here at S/1109. We keep it simple and keep moving.
