G.M. Solanki Food Park Cluster Llp

You can find us over at Shop Number 6 in the Sai Ashish Society. We are located in the Althan area of Surat. G.M. Solanki Food Park Cluster Llp is the official name, but most people just know us as the guys in shop six. It is a decent little spot, though parking in the society can be a headache on weekends. Surat is always moving fast, isn't it? We keep things pretty simple around here. There is a lot of talk about food parks and clusters, but for us, it is just about getting through the daily tasks. Our shop isn't anything special to look at. We have got some shelves and a couple of desks. Sometimes the power goes out for a few minutes and we just sit and wait for it to come back on. It gives us a break, I guess. We deal with a lot of local folks. Everyone knows everyone in this part of Althan. We do not really have a big sign out front yet, just the basic one. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Surat. Just trying to run the business properly. My tea guy comes by at four every day, which is the highlight. We just do what we can and hope the customers are happy enough to come back. It is a small operation but we stay busy. Some days the paperwork piles up, but we get through it eventually.
