Kashi Jewelers

We are located in the Abhinandan Apartment on Ghod Dod Road, up on the seventh floor. It’s a bit unusual for a jewelry shop to be in an apartment building, but it works for us. Kashi Jewelers is more of a private appointment kind of place. You don't get the noise of the street up here, which is nice. We mostly work with gold and diamonds. Surat is famous for diamonds, so we are in the right city for it. The space at 703 is small but cozy. We have a few chairs for guests and a big desk where we show the pieces. It’s much more personal than a big store. We know most of our clients by name. They come to us because they want to sit down and take their time without being rushed. We don’t have fancy displays with bright lights. We just use the natural light from the windows when we can. It’s a quiet life. We handle everything ourselves, from the cleaning to the accounts. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, but we’re used to it. It’s a good spot for us, away from the main bustle of the market. We keep things low-key and focus on what the customer actually needs. It’s a slow way of doing business, but it’s the way we prefer. We have our regulars and they seem to like the privacy.
