Disha Ceramic

Disha Ceramic is located over on Bhatar Road, right in the Silver Point building. We are in units G 23 and 24, which is pretty easy to spot because we are right across from Vidhyabharti School. If you see the kids heading to school, you know you’re in the right place. Our shop is filled with different types of tiles and ceramic items. It’s quite heavy stuff, so we spend a lot of time moving boxes around. The floor is usually covered in dust from the samples, but we try to keep it decent. We don’t have a fancy showroom with lights and music. It’s more of a practical place where you can see the actual tiles you’re going to buy. Customers usually come in with measurements, and we help them count out how many boxes they’ll need. Sometimes we have to order things in if we don’t have enough in the back, which takes a few days. The traffic on Bhatar Road can be a mess in the evenings, so most people try to visit us in the morning. We’ve got a small team here, just a few of us who know the stock well. We don’t use any high-pressure tactics. We just let people look at the patterns and decide what they like for their homes. It’s a simple business, and we like the steady pace of it.
