Surat is a city that never really stops, and LP Savani Road is right in the middle of all that action. We are based in the Green Avenue Apartment, specifically in building A3, unit 301. It’s a bit different having an office in an apartment complex, but it works for us. It feels a bit more like home, which is nice when you're working long hours. We deal with all the Whirlpool stuff for this area, mostly coordinating service calls and handling the local inventory logs. The third floor isn't too bad to reach, and the view from the window is just the street and the other buildings below. We have a couple of desks pushed together and a lot of filing cabinets that are starting to overflow. It’s not exactly a corporate headquarters. We have our own small kitchen area for making coffee and snacks when we need a break. Some days are very quiet and we just catch up on paperwork, but other days the phones don't stop ringing. The heat in Surat can be quite something in the summer, so we are thankful for the air conditioning in the room. We don't have a big sign on the building, just a small one by the door to show where we are. It’s a low-key operation where we focus on getting the work done without any extra fluff. We are just regular people.
