We are located over on Varachha Road inside Sappras Estate, specifically at unit 215. It is an industrial sort of area, so there is always the sound of machines or trucks moving around. The company has been here for a while. We do our work and do not make much of a fuss. The space inside is mostly taken up by equipment and materials. It is not the kind of place where you would host a fancy meeting. We usually just talk over the noise in the back. My partners and I started this because we knew the trade. We did not have much at the start, just a few tools and a lot of time. Varachha Road is always packed, so getting in and out can be a headache sometimes. But being in Sappras Estate is convenient for getting supplies. We have a small team of workers who know what they are doing. They do not need much supervision. We just tell them what needs to be done for the day and they get to it. Sometimes we stay late to finish a big order. That is just part of the job. We do not have a marketing department or anything. People find us because they heard we do decent work. We try to keep our prices fair. It is a simple business model that has worked for us so far. We just show up and do what is needed.
