Classic Caterers

Classic Caterers is based at G-1 Samay Park, right on the Aanchal Plot. We are quite close to Ashok Pan House on Citylight Road, so it's a busy spot. We have been working in the food business for quite some time now. Our day usually starts before the sun is up, getting the burners going and the water boiling. We don't have a big office with desks; mostly it's just stainless steel tables and big stoves. We make food for all sorts of occasions, from small family lunches to bigger functions. It gets pretty loud in the kitchen when we are trying to meet a deadline. We aren't fancy people. We just focus on getting the flavors right and making sure there is enough for everyone to eat. The delivery van is always parked out front, ready to be loaded up with hot trays. Sometimes things get a little stressful when there are multiple orders at once, but we manage to get through it. We use the same recipes we’ve had for years because they work. People in the Citylight area know they can just stop by and talk to us about their plans. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just cooking food and bringing it to people's events. We keep the floors scrubbed and the pots shining. It’s a good way to make a living, even if it means we are on our feet all day long.
