Charli Events

We are in Devchandnagar, right across the street from the Volkswagen showroom in the Udhna area of Surat. It is a pretty busy spot and the road noise never really stops. We do events, so our storage room is packed with all kinds of things like speakers, stage boards, and lights. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or driving our van around to different places. Being so close to the South Zone Office makes it easy for people to find where we are. We are not a big corporate team with people in suits. It is just us doing all the work ourselves. Sometimes we are still working at three in the morning to make sure a stage is ready for the next day. It is a lot of heavy lifting. We carry the speakers and roll out the carpets. Living in Udhna for a long time means we know the streets and the venues well. People often stop by just to ask about available dates, and we just check our big paper ledger. We do not have any of those glossy brochures. We just show people pictures on our phones of the stuff we did last week. It gets a bit chaotic sometimes, but we like the pace. Every day brings something different to do. One day it is a small birthday party, and the next it is a much bigger event. We just take it as it comes. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can do.
