Our office is on the first floor in Golkiwad, which is right in the Sagrampura area of Surat. If you are looking for us, we are near the Bagehira Apartments. It is one of those old-school spots where everyone knows everyone else. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful if you are carrying bags. We spend most of our mornings planning out trips and looking at schedules. Surat is a city that never really stops, and Sagrampura is right in the middle of all that energy. Sometimes the street noise from the bikes and rickshaws downstairs makes it hard to hear on the phone, but we manage. We aren't a big corporate chain with thousands of staff; we are just a small team trying to help families get away for a bit of a break. The office is filled with brochures and old files from years of work. We usually have the fan on high speed because the humidity can be a lot. Lunch is often something quick brought from home or picked up from a local spot nearby. We don't have fancy uniforms or a polished lobby. It is just desks, computers, and a lot of talking about where people want to go next. Most people find us through word of mouth. We have been in this same spot for a good while and it feels like home to us now.
