Bhumika Stationary & Gift Artical is located right at Swagat Complex, which is opposite Sikhi Saman Wadi. It’s a handy spot on Sonapur Road. We spend most of our mornings getting the pens and notebooks ready for the students who stop by on their way to school. Being near the Anand Raj Industrial Estate means we also get workers looking for basic office supplies or maybe a small gift for a colleague. The shop name has a little spelling mistake in the registry, but we never bothered to change it. It adds character, I guess. We have a lot of different items squeezed into unit number six. It’s not just paper and pencils; we have little statues and wall hangings too. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we have to wipe everything down twice a day. Parle Point is a busy place, and it feels like there’s always something happening outside. My cousin helps out during the exam season when the stationery side of things gets really frantic. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure the shelves aren't empty. People usually come in looking for one thing and end up browsing the gift section for twenty minutes. It’s nice to see people taking their time. We keep the shop open pretty late most nights because that’s when the neighborhood really wakes up.
