Bhavya Marriage Bureau

Bhavya Marriage Bureau is located in Surat, specifically in the Amraiwadi area at 6/1762. It is a small place where we keep all our records. People come by to talk about their families and what they are looking for. It’s very traditional and we spend a lot of time listening to stories. The office is just a room with some filing cabinets and a couple of desks. It can get quite crowded when a whole family shows up at once. We’ve been in Amraiwadi for a long time, so everyone around here knows who we are. It’s not a high-tech setup. We use a lot of paper and pens. Sometimes we have tea with the people who visit. The street outside can be quite loud with the traffic in Surat. We just try to help people find a good match for their children or themselves. It’s a lot of responsibility and we take it seriously, but we are just normal people. There is no fancy computer system doing the work, it is just us looking through the files. We have some old photos on the walls from weddings we helped with years ago. The building is a bit old and the stairs are narrow. We just stay busy with the local community here and keep things moving. It takes a lot of patience to do this work every day.
