Balkrishna Novelty & Gift

Our shop, Balkrishna Novelty & Gift, is located at 4 Ganga Palace in the Pydhonie area of Mandvi, right on Varachha Road. It’s a really busy part of town, and there’s always something going on right outside. We have a lot of different novelty items and gifts packed into our space. It can feel a bit crowded sometimes because we like to have a wide selection for everyone. We’ve been at Ganga Palace for a while, and it feels like home to us now. Most of the day is spent helping people find that one specific thing they saw in the window or just sorting through new stock that arrived. Varachha Road is a main artery here, so we get people coming from all over, not just the local Mandvi neighborhood. We don’t have a fancy website or any of that stuff. We just focus on keeping the shop open and the shelves full. It’s a hands-on kind of job for us. We are usually busy from the time we open until we finally pull the shutters down at night. Pydhonie has its own unique vibe, and we feel like we fit right in with the other shops and vendors around us. It’s just a normal, everyday business trying to provide some nice novelties and gifts to whoever walks through the door. We don't make things complicated; we just sell what we have and talk to the people who visit our shop.
