B Mantra Event

You can find us at Plot Number 41/42 in the Akshay Building, which is inside Thakur Baugh Society. We are located right behind the Kapadiya Health Club on Bhatar Road in Surat. It’s a fairly quiet society compared to the main road, which is nice because it lets us focus on our event planning work. We’ve been in this building for some time, and the neighbors are all used to us by now. The office is basically a few rooms filled with event gear, laptops, and a lot of coffee cups. We spend our days mapping out layouts for weddings or corporate functions and talking to decorators. Surat is a city that loves to celebrate, so we stay pretty busy throughout the year. We don't really have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to checking on deliveries. Sometimes things get a bit messy when we have multiple events happening at once, but we always find a way to pull it together. We don't try to sound like some big international firm; we are just local people who know how to get things organized. If you’re ever near the health club, you can see our building just a short walk away. We just keep our heads down and do the work, making sure each step of the plan is actually finished.
