B D Motiwala

We are located at 105 and 106 near the Mota Mandir on Badri Road in Inderpura. Being so close to the temple means we see a lot of people every day, especially during the festivals when the whole street is blocked with crowds. Our shop, B D Motiwala, has been in this spot for a long time. The building is old, and you can see the wear on the wooden beams and the stone floor. We don't have bright neon signs or anything like that. We just have our name painted above the entrance. Most of the people who come here are regulars who have been shopping with us since they were kids. It’s a place where you can hear the temple bells throughout the day. We spend most of our time chatting with customers and showing them what we have in stock. The drawers are full of different items that we’ve collected over the years. It’s a bit dark inside because the windows are small, but it keeps the place cool in the summer. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. We like the quiet rhythm of this neighborhood. It feels good to be a part of the history of this street near the Mota Mandir. We just keep our doors open and wait for the next person.
