Amul Caterers & Management

You can find Amul Caterers & Management over at M-6 on City Light Road, near the Vijay Cross Road. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. We handle food and event management, though most of our actual cooking happens in the back or at the venues. The office is where we do the planning and meet with families to discuss menus. It’s a functional space with a couple of tables and chairs and some photos of past setups on the walls. We don’t believe in overcomplicating things. If someone needs a meal for a hundred people, we just figure out the logistics and get it done. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we know each other's habits pretty well. It’s not a shiny corporate environment. There might be some crates stacked in the corner or a stack of plates waiting to be moved. We prefer it that way because it shows we are actually working. Being near Vijay Cross Road means we get a lot of walk-ins. We usually have some tea going and we’re happy to sit down and talk through what you need. It’s a lot of hard work, especially on weekends, but we’ve grown used to the pace. We just try to keep things simple and honest with everyone who walks through the door, making sure the food is ready on time.
