Ambaji Infotech

Our little place is at Salabatpura H S Road 1, and it is usually pretty quiet except for the sound of computer fans humming away. Ambaji Infotech isn't a massive warehouse; it is just a room where we look at screens all day and try to figure out why software is acting up. I spend a lot of time sitting in a swivel chair that squeaks every time I move. The walls are lined with motherboards and tangled VGA cables that I really should organize one of these days. People from Salabatpura bring in their laptops when they get too slow or if the keyboard stops working because they spilled tea on it. I have a small toolkit with those tiny screwdrivers that always seem to go missing right when I need them. The window looks out onto H S Road, and I watch the people go by while I wait for files to copy or updates to finish. It gets a bit hot in the afternoon when the sun hits the glass, so I keep a small table fan right next to me. It is not the most high-tech looking office you have ever seen, but we have the tools we need and a decent internet connection. Sometimes I get stuck on a problem until late evening, and the only light left in the shop is the glow from a monitor. It is just local tech work, one computer at a time.
