3 C Jobs is tucked away at No. 3 in the Shikhar Complex. We are located right behind the Gangeswar Mahadev temple. It’s a nice little spot because the temple area is peaceful even when the rest of the town is noisy. We work on finding jobs for people. It sounds simple, but it takes a lot of time to talk to everyone and figure out where they might fit. We have a small office with a couple of computers and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. It isn't a high-tech corporate office. It’s just a place where we do our work. I’ve been helping out here for a while. We see a lot of different people coming through the doors looking for a new start. We try to be helpful, but we don't make any big promises. We just see what's available and let people know. The Shikhar Complex is easy to find if you know where the temple is. Most people use the temple as a landmark. We like being in this part of town. It feels local and grounded. Sometimes we go out for a break and sit near the temple for a few minutes. It helps clear the head before going back to the phones and the emails. We’re just a small team trying to help our neighbors find work. It is not always easy but we keep at it because we know it matters to people.
