We are tucked away on the ground floor of Vedvyas Complex in Rourkela. Most people know the spot because it’s right on Panpush Road, not far from Suruchi Bazar. It gets pretty loud outside with all the traffic heading through District Sundergarh, but inside it’s mostly just us keeping up with the iron and power work. My desk is right by the window where I can see folks walking to the market. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. Just some old chairs and a lot of ledgers. Vedvyas Iron & Power Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this post for a bit now. Sometimes the fan makes a clicking sound that drives me crazy, but we get the work done regardless. People come by asking for quotes or just to check on orders. It’s a practical setup. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but honestly, nobody here really cares about that as long as the orders move. Being near the bazaar is handy for lunch, even if the road gets blocked up sometimes. We handle the daily grind here. No fancy suits or big speeches. It's just a regular local business trying to keep things moving in this part of town. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign near the ground floor entrance. It’s a busy place but we find our rhythm between the phone calls and the paperwork. That’s just how it goes here every day.
