You can find us at R-3 in the Civil Township area of Rourkela. We are on the first floor, which is lucky because the stairs aren't too bad when you are carrying heavy files. Rourkela is a city built on steel, so being here feels right for a company like Adhunik Metaliks Limited. The office is pretty straightforward and plain. We have desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of papers scattered around in piles. It isn't the kind of place you see in a magazine. It is a working office where people are constantly checking delivery schedules and talking to truck drivers or factory folks on the phone. The Civil Township area is a bit quieter than the main markets, but it still has that Rourkela energy. Most of the staff has been working here for years. We know the tea stall downstairs and the general rhythm of the street. During the summer, it gets incredibly hot, and we just try to keep the fans going and the work moving. We deal with various metal products and all the logistics behind them. There is no fancy lobby here. People walk in, say hello, and get straight to the business at hand. We are right in the heart of the industrial belt in Orissa, which makes sense for what we do. It is a practical space for practical people who just focus on the daily tasks.
