Sail

Our location is right near Ispat General Hospital, which is a major landmark in this area. Being so close to the hospital means there is always a lot of movement and traffic near our gates. We are a branch of the larger organization, but here on the ground, it feels like its own small world. We handle a lot of the local logistics and administrative tasks that keep things moving. The building is older, with heavy doors and windows that have seen many seasons. We don't have the sleek interiors of a modern office. It’s mostly metal desks, filing cabinets, and the sound of ceiling fans humming overhead. The staff here has been around for a long time. We know the routines and the people who come by every day. It’s a busy environment because of the medical center next door, and we often see people waiting around or walking to the pharmacy. We just get our daily tasks done without much fuss. There is always a stack of papers to be signed or a truck that needs to be directed. Sail is just part of the landscape here. We don't really do much in the way of decoration. The place is built for work, not for looking pretty. It is a solid, functional space where we spend our eight hours before heading back to our families. It’s just how things go here by the hospital.
