Adhunik Metaliks Ltd.

Adhunik Metaliks Ltd. is based out in Hariharpur, which is in the Sundergarh district. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you aren’t from around the area. The surroundings are mostly quiet compared to the big cities, but our site stays busy. We have our setup here in Hariharpur because it makes sense for what we do with metal. The office isn't anything special—just a sturdy building where we keep the computers and the records. You can usually hear the sound of the works from inside the rooms. It’s a dusty environment, especially when the wind picks up across the open ground. We have a few trees planted near the entrance to try and get some shade, but it’s still pretty hot most of the year. Our staff mostly comes from the nearby villages, so it feels like a local place. We don’t use any fancy corporate talk here. We just show up, check the schedules, and make sure the production is on track. The furniture in the office is old but comfortable enough for a long day’s work. We usually have a big pot of tea going in the morning for everyone. It’s a simple way of living and working. We’ve been part of the Sundergarh landscape for a while now and we just keep doing our bit every day without much fuss.
