If you head over to the Chhend area in Rourkela, you will find us at LCR-430. Rourkela is a real steel town, and being in the refractories business here in Odisha makes a lot of sense because of all the industrial activity around us. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a typical building in a residential and commercial mix. Chhend is a decent locality with a lot of families and small businesses, so it feels quite grounded. We deal with refractories, which basically means we are thinking about high-heat materials all day long. The office can get a bit cluttered with samples and technical manuals, but we know where everything is. The weather in Rourkela can be quite extreme, swinging from very hot to surprisingly cold in the winter, but we just get on with it. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We are just a group of people who know our way around the industry and focus on the practical side of things. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking through inventory lists to make sure everything is where it should be. It is a straightforward way to earn a living, and being part of the Rourkela community for so long has given us a good feel for how things work around here. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else.
