Surendraman Producer Company Limited

Down here in Sultanpur, specifically in Gram Sultanpurbaintikala, we have our small operation called Surendraman Producer Company Limited. It’s located right at Dudh Nath Singh’s place. It’s a typical village setting where farming is the main thing everyone talks about. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. We are just a group of people from the local area who thought it would be better to work as a team. Most days involve a lot of checking on the fields and making sure the paperwork for the producer company is up to date. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s necessary for us to keep going. We have a lot of meetings, usually just sitting outside or in a small room, trying to figure out how to get our produce moved. Sultanpur is a good place for this kind of work, and we’ve lived here our whole lives. Dudh Nath Singh handles a lot of the local coordination since he knows everyone in the village. We talk about the rain, the soil, and the costs of everything we need. It's an honest way to make a living, even if it’s a bit of a struggle sometimes with the prices changing all the time. We don't have fancy brochures or a marketing team. We just have our names and our work. It’s about sticking together as farmers and making sure we can all get through the season without too many headaches. It works for us and keeps the community going.
