Op Seva Farms Producer Company Limited

We started this group in Kadipur to help out with the farming around here. It is just a few of us working together. Most days we are busy with the crops and trying to figure out how to get things to market. Sultanpur is where we live and work. We don't have a big office or anything fancy. Just some land and our tools. Sometimes things are hard because the weather doesn't cooperate or prices change, but we keep going anyway. We handle the seeds and the harvest ourselves. It's a lot of manual work. My neighbor helped set up the paperwork for Op Seva Farms Producer Company Limited because it’s better to be a group than just one person alone. We talk about what to plant and when. If you come by Kadipur, you can see what we are doing in the fields. It's not always pretty, but it's real. We are just local people trying to make a living from the dirt. The soil here is okay if you treat it right. We spend most of our time outside. It's simple work but it takes all day. We hope to get better equipment later on. For now, we use what we have in Sultanpur. It’s home. We didn't want a big company, just a way to work together on the land. People around here know us as hard workers. We just want to keep things going for our kids later on.
