You can find us on the second floor of the Chitra Complex, at number 5. We are located right near the Chatiram Bus Stand, which makes it pretty convenient for anyone taking public transport to come see us. Royal Real Estates & Promoters has been in this building for some time now. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but the office is quiet enough once you get inside. We mostly deal with local property listings and helping folks who are trying to get something started in the area. We are not some big-name agency with a bunch of branches. It is just us here, working through the daily tasks of checking on sites and talking to landlords. The bus stand nearby means there is always a lot of people around, and we get quite a few walk-ins because of it. We do not have any polished marketing materials or a big sales pitch. We just show people what is available on the market and give them our honest take on the different neighborhoods. Sometimes we have a lot of listings to go through, and other times things are a bit slow. We spend a lot of time on the phone, as you would expect. It is a simple, honest business. We try to keep things organized, even if the desk gets buried under folders every now and then. If you are near the bus stand, just look for the complex.
