Mahalakshmi Real Estates

My place, Mahalakshmi Real Estates, is located at 65 A/1 in New Raja Colony, right over in the Beema Nagar area. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to the main city center, which I prefer. I have set up shop here to help people find their way into the community. Most of what I do involves the houses and the small apartment blocks around Raja Colony. It is a steady kind of work. I usually open up early and sit by the window to see who is out and about. People often stop by just to say hello or to ask if I have heard about any new listings. I do not use any corporate talk or big promises. If there is a house for sale that I know about, I will tell you the good and the bad of it. I think people appreciate that honesty more than a sales pitch. Beema Nagar has a nice feel to it, and the people who live here tend to stay for a long time. I try to keep my records updated, but a lot of the best information comes from just chatting with the neighbors. It is a small operation, just me and my files, but it serves the area well enough. If you are ever walking through New Raja Colony, you will find me there, probably just sorting through some old paperwork or talking to a local about the property market.
