Ranjit Real Estate

We are located at 4/96 in Murungapettai. It is a quiet enough spot most days, away from the main chaos of the bigger towns. Ranjit Real Estate is basically run out of this small space. There isn't a big sign or anything flashy. Most people just know where we are because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. The office has a wooden table and a few plastic chairs. We spend a lot of our time looking at maps or talking to folks who want to sell their land or find a new house. It is a lot of back and forth, really. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the traffic go by. Other days, we are out in the sun for hours. It gets hot in Murungapettai during the summer, so we keep the fan going all day long. We do not have a website or any of that complicated stuff. People just come by and we talk. It is how things have always been done here. There is a big tree near the entrance that gives some nice shade in the afternoon. We usually have our lunch there if it is not too windy. It is just a normal, everyday business. We know the local land prices and who is moving where. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy enough. We just take things one day at a time here at the office.
