You can find us at the Jaya Murugan Complex, specifically at B-6. We are right on Madurai Main Road in Crawford Colony. If you know where the Anandha Super Market is, we are directly opposite that. It’s a busy spot with plenty of cars and people going by all day. We’ve been running Sri Subhaamangala Real Estate from this small office for a while. It’s not a corporate setup. It’s just us working with local property listings and helping people figure out their options. Most of our work is just talking to people and checking out sites around Crawford. We see a lot of folks who are tired of looking at bad deals online and just want to talk to someone real. We keep our records in physical folders mostly, though we use the computer too. The tea shop nearby is where we spend a lot of time talking things over with clients. It’s practical work. We look at the land, check the papers, and see if things match up. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when too many people come in at once, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just want to stay busy and help our neighbors with their housing needs. It’s a good community here and being across from the market means we see everyone eventually.
