Amal Real Estate is a small local office at number 12 in Sbo Colony. Being in the Cantonment area, it’s usually a bit quieter than the main city center, which we appreciate. We’ve lived and worked around here for years, so we know most of the streets and houses by heart. We don’t do any flashy marketing. Our sign is simple, and our office is just a comfortable place to sit and talk about property. Mostly, we help people find rentals or buy small houses in the colony and the surrounding neighborhoods. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. We think it’s better when people can talk things through without feeling rushed. If a house has a leaky roof or the plumbing is old, we’ll tell you. There's no use hiding things because people find out anyway. We keep our records in old folders and spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors to see who might be moving soon. That’s how we get most of our information. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things, but it works for us. If you’re taking a walk through Sbo Colony, you’ll likely see us through the window. We might be having a cup of tea or looking over a lease agreement. We’re just local people helping other locals find a place to call home. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy and connected to the community we have lived in for so many years.
