Dhinesh Estates

Dhinesh Estates is situated at 31 Oil Mill Road in Malayappa Nagar. This is over in West Ambikapuram. It’s a bit of a local landmark because of the old oil mill that used to be nearby. Our office is a simple setup on the ground floor. We’ve been here long enough that most people in Malayappa Nagar know where we are. We don't put up posters or anything like that. Mostly, people just hear about us from their friends or family and walk in. The street can be a bit narrow, so parking is sometimes a headache, but we manage. Inside, it’s just a regular workspace with some desks and a few chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out looking at properties around Ambikapuram. It’s a working-class neighborhood, and we like the atmosphere here. We aren't trying to be a big city firm. We just handle estates and land for local folks. Usually, we start the day early and stay until the sun goes down. There’s always someone stopping by for a chat or to ask about prices. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we know and help them out with the details. It’s a straightforward life on Oil Mill Road, and we’re happy to be part of the community here. Malayappa Nagar is a good place to be based, even if the streets get flooded a bit when it rains hard. We have some old wooden chairs.
